via Anna Jour on Flickr:to make your own texture stamp, you need some transparent film and liner for stained glass/ceramics. Put the film over desired pattern & trace with the liner. Let dry, then repeat tracing one or two times to increase the depth of the texture. Works well for mokume gane technique, but sprinkle with water before applying to clay, as it tends to stick.
